The day started a bit slow today due to the fact that we had a blast last night!
But when we got some breakfast, a cup of coffee and a shower we were all ready to get some serious work done so we went to our regular hang-out place; the Budha bar with pens, paper and a fresh mind.
Our plan for today was to make a SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis and have a brainstorm on how we could take the project to a higher level.
The SWOT and stakeholder analysis really helped us to clarify what and who we are dealing with in this project, possible outcomes and what needs to be done to turn our threats and weaknesses around.
After an hour or so of really digging into the project, being realistic and focused on where we are right now we started the “higher level” brainstorm.
It was so much fun, people around us were looking kind of strange at us sitting there with pens in every colour of the rainbow making drawings and writing things down as it popped into our heads. True KP style!
Anyway, we got some really good ideas on how we can take it to the next level and how we can expand on the ideas that we are already working with- we all left Budha bar with a smile on our faces!
Nanna went home, Anders stayed at Buddha just chilling on his own and
Søren, Hanne and Hedvig went for a walk to explore the Croatian part of the city.
It was a beautiful walk, just walking around looking at houses and people in the street.
We got to see a completely new side of Mostar and it ended up in quite a long walk before we headed back towards home. On our way home we stopped by the Youth house to have a coffee where we found Anders playing backgammon with some guys there, we sat down talked a bit- Hanne found some games so we played one round before we started walking home.
The girls made dinner for Søren and now we are all just watching a movie, reading a book or playing with our macs- a really nice Sunday in other words!!
-Søren had a crach course in Photoshop! -Wuhoo!
Song of the day: “Personal Jesus”- Depeche Mode
